THE HOLDOVERS
Widely considered a "new Christmas classic" The Holdovers is a heartwarming, funny, and deeply human portrayal of finding connection during the holiday season. While it's a character-driven dramedy with a bittersweet edge and mature themes, its ultimate message of empathy and "found family" makes it a perfect, non-traditional holiday watch. 2h 13m

MRS HARRIS GOES TO PARIS
With gorgeous fashion at its big heart Mrs Harris Goes to Paris is a charming, feel-good movie that navigates the class divide when a 1950s cleaning lady falls in love with a Dior dress and decides, quite boldly, to go to Paris to buy one. What starts as a dream of wearing something beautiful becomes a story about status, kindness, stubborn hope, and how small acts of kindness can change whole lives. Cosy, funny, and quietly uplifting. 1h 56m

SAVING MR BANKS
The extraordinary untold story of how one of the most beloved tales of all time, Mary Poppins, was bought to the big screen.
It almost didn't happen as cummudgeonly writer PL Travers fought against Walt Disney at every turn. If he were to bring her beloved children's book to the big screen it certainly would NOT be in musical form and it had to be be without Disney's usual whimsical animation style.
It is Walt's empathy which finally softens Travers and this is a feel good moment in histroy which is without compare. Amazing to know that Mary Poppins almost never made it as a the celluloid classic we have all grown up with.
